How families usually work with us
- 1. A first conversation. Call us or send a request and tell us about the trip you have in mind.
- 2. Confirmation. We confirm the date, time, pickup area and destination, along with pricing.
- 3. The ride. The driver arrives as arranged and completes the trip at an unhurried pace.
- 4. Repeat trips. If the trip happens regularly, we can set up a recurring schedule.

Can a family member ride along?
Yes, in most cases. Let us know how many passengers will travel when you submit your request so we can plan accordingly.
Do you help with mobility devices or hands-on assistance?
Tell us about any mobility considerations in your request and we will let you know honestly whether we can accommodate the trip. We do not advertise services we have not confirmed we can provide.
Is this the same as medical transportation?
No. This is scheduled passenger transportation. EAB Transportation does not provide medical treatment, ambulance service or emergency medical transportation. For emergencies, call 911.
Can we set up weekly rides?
Yes. Recurring transportation arrangements can be scheduled — for example a standing weekly trip to a senior center or a regular appointment.
